In Emotional Exploration Through Art you will be guided through exercises involving meditation, visualization, drawing and journaling on the following topics:

The best part is there is no art experience or ability required. It is the process that offers the insights and growth, not the end product you create. However, you may want to hang the pictures you made as reminders of what you learned about yourself through the drawing of them.

There is a private Facebook group that accompanies this course to post your picture and your process as well as to connect with other students to share and receive support.
